Hello everyone so here is round two: Guacaroni. This is obviously something to do with Gaucamole and Macaroni, very clever.
Ingredients
This is a very easy one its really just pasta and some salad cut up. The measurements said for 4-6 so i divided by 2 or 3 depending on how i felt. Here’s how it ended up:

- pasta 160g (book said macaroni but I could find any, and pasta is pasta)
- salt
- 2 avacodos
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- half a red onion
- 6 cherry tomatos
- a few coriander leaves
- (book said fresh chillies but none for me)
The Method
This is so easy you can probably work it out for yourself:
- put the pasta on
- slice the avacodos up get rid of stone etc, pull the bits out
- slice up onion
- slice up tomatos
- put it all in a bowl, squeeze the lime over it, add the garlic powder
- when the pastas ready drain it and put i back in the pot, put all this stuff back in and give it a good mixy mix
That’s really it.
This was really nice it tasted very good, and was easy and fun to make! I think this will go on the permanent list for regular making.

Tips For Next Time
Cut the veggies up thinner….mine were a bit lumpy.
